I am an executive, speaker, and specialist in human development within the corporate world.

Throughout more than four decades of professional experience, I have led teams and developed leaders across Brazil and Latin America, always guided by a deep understanding of what truly sustains results: people.

My academic background in psychology, combined with extensive executive experience in major corporations, has enabled me to develop an approach that goes beyond theory—connecting strategy, awareness, and humanity to foster individual and organizational growth.
